Genealogy is one of the most popular “hobbies” in the world. Many of us, so it seems yearn to know who we are connected to down through the ages. Digging into our family roots helps us learn more about ourselves as we discover more about our progenitors. We also become much more appreciative of the sacrifices made by those who came before us. As we study their lives and their surroundings our hearts do truly turn to them. |
